This new-build mixed-use complex will span 1.56 hectares and feature three distinct blocks that include staff residential accommodation, commercial office space, and several staff and public amenities. These amenities consist of a food court, gym, spa, and swimming pool, complemented by luxurious penthouse residences and a covered parking facility. MCL has been engaged to provide comprehensive MEP design services up to RIBA Stage 4.
